In the golden autumn of September during the festive season, a community of 300 overseas alumni came together to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival in a vibrant joint party at the Hotel Indigo, Shenzhen. The event was hosted by 18 alumni groups of overseas universities coming together. The Loughborough alumni group in Shenzhen, China was one of the steering organizers that brought the event together. The theme of “Full Moon Returns, Overseas Scholars Reunion with Love”, marked an opportunity to reminisce about memorable experiences and the friendships of our study aboard journey, while joining together in our overseas alumni’s heartfelt wishes for reunion and celebration in our home country.
